With more education class time than ever, the 2008 Show was the most fabulous opportunity for learning make-up techniques ever presented in Europe. The 2008 show presented more than a dozen classes over two days.

Leading professionals and award-winning make-up artists will hold seminars covering a wide range of topics. Topics in years past included airbrushing, period hairstyling, character aging, bald cap application, and print and fashion make-up.

Hellraiser Reunion

Artists who worked on Hellraiser will reunite for a discussion of the 1987 Clive Barker horror classic.

Bob Keen, the movie's special effects make-up designer, is scheduled to be part of the panel. Keen started in Hollywood make-up as a model maker for Star Wars, then worked on The Empire Strikes Back as a special make-up effects trainee and finished off the trilogy in the special effects department for Return of the Jedi.

Keen also worked on Alien (modeler), Candyman (special make-up effects) and Hellbound: Hellraiser II (special make-up effects consultant).
