With more education class time than ever, the 2008 Show promises to be the most fabulous opportunity for learning make-up techniques ever presented in Europe. This year's show will include more educators, presenting more than a dozen classes over two days.

Leading professionals and award-winning make-up artists will hold seminars covering a wide range of topics. Last year's topics included airbrushing, period hairstyling, character aging, bald cap application, and print and fashion make-up.

An impressive list of professional make-up artists in film, television, stage and beauty will be giving demonstrations and lectures throughtout the weekend. M.A.C., Charles Fox, Temptu, Royal Brush, Vancouver Film School, Smooth-On, Elegance International, Fuse FX, Crown Brush and Eve Pearl are scheduled to give advice.

Eve Pearl, presented by Crown Brush (Saturday @ 3/Sunday @ 1:45) - Five-time Emmy winner and celebrity make-up artist Eve Pearl will discuss creating the flawless face for high-definition and real life. She will also discuss how to get a make-up job, make money and continue to be a professional make-up artist. Pearl has more than 18 years of experience in television, film, theatre and print. She is the author of "Plastic Surgery without Surgery, the Miracle of Makeup Techniques," and also produced the DVD version of the book.

Terry Barber (Saturday @ 12:30) - M.A.C. Director of Makeup Artistry Terry Barber shares his techniques for creating contemporary beauty, based on 17 years of experience with editorial, runway and advertising. Barber has worked on Diana Ross, Pamela Anderson, Dita Von Teese, Mary J. Blige, Grace Jones, Claudia Schiffer, Naomi Campbell and Erin O'Connor.

Guy Louis-XVI (Sunday @ 12:30) - Guy Louis-XVI is the creator of FuseFX Silicone paints, a paint system that was originally creating for the medical prosthesis field, but is easy to use, practical and quick. His class will de-mystify silicone painting, compare and contrast intrinsic and extrinsic painting and demonstrate skin tone bases.

Michael Benjamin (Saturday @ 12:30/ Sunday @ 11:15) - Temptu President Michael Benjamin leads a seminar featuring Temptu professional make-up artists demonstrating the full range of Temptu, from the new line of professional palettes and tattoo transfers to airbrush cosmetics and the three beloved make-up formulas that have become indsutry favorites.

Jos Brands, presented by Charles Fox (Saturday @ 11:15/Sunday @ 12:30) - Jos Brands is a 30-year veteran of the professional world of make-up, heading the International Make Up Team for Kryolan, working fahion shows in Paris and Germany and authoring "Airbrush and Make-up." His class will take a look at high-definition products and techniques.

Jason Reese and Brad Frikkers, presented by Smooth-On (Sunday @ 3) - Jason Reese is a technician on the Marketing Team at Smooth-On, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Liquid Rubber and Liquid Plastic compounds. Brad Firkkiers has mold-making and casting experience ranging from theatre and film to themed environments and beyond. Reese and Frikkers' class will cover silicones and other materials for special effects applications.

Kimberly Borio, presented by Royal Brush (Saturday @ 11:15/ Sunday @ 1:45) - Kimberly Borio has been in the make-up indusrty for 12 years, working in television with The Tonight Show, KNBC, KTLA, Telemundo, FOX sports and the 2007 Acdamey Awards. She has also worked for such politicians as former President Bill Clinton, former Vice President Al Gore, California Govenor Arnold Schwarzenegger and Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa.

Charles Porlier, presented by Vancouver Film School (Saturday @1:45/ Sunday @11:15) - Charles Porlier is a two-tim Emmy winner for his work on Door to Door as well as Kissinger and Nixon. In his 25-year career, Porlier has worked on The Santa Clause 2, Thirteen Ghosts, Mission to Mars, Double Jeopardy, Jumanji and X-Men 2.

Tony Valdes, presented by Elegance International (Saturday @ 12:30/ Sunday @ 12:30) - Tony Valdes is the Academic Director for EI School of Professional Makeup, where he manages teacher training, cirriculum revision and also teaches all areas of professional make-up, from the basics of beauty, film and television to special effects.

Roque Cozzette, presented by Kett Cosmetics (Saturday @ 10/ Sunday @ 1:45) - Roque is a seasoned make-up artist who has worked as a trainer for M.A.C., backstage at Paris's couture runway shows and is currently the Director of Make-Up with Kett Cosmetics.

John Schoonraad (Saturday @ 11:15) - Life-casting expert John Schoonraad is a 30-year veteran of film and television. He worked at the Jim Henson Creature Shop and was the prosthetic supervisor for Black Hawk Down. He also contributed to Gladiator, Saving Private Ryan and the latest Rambo film. Schoonraad’s sculpting skill emerged at an early age and has made him a leader in the prosthetic make-up field.

Neill Gorton (Saturday @ 10:00) - Neill Gorton of Neill Gorton Studios talks extensively about the art of creating and applying prosthetics.
